On this big day, a member of the Mt. Sterling team will be there to guide you through every important aspect of your new home. We’ll briefly train you on how to use and maintain the important systems and features, so you will be comfortable and confident living there for years to come. After all, you’re home now!

We hope to not only build your home, but to build a lasting personal relationship with you that will grow beyond the building of your home.
As part of that relationship we are committed to being there for you whenever you need us. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the resources you need for maintenance and warranty details.
Upon completion, you will receive your own Homeowners manual, specific to your new home. Your manual is a valuable resource that will help you use and maintain all the systems and appliances in your new Mt. Sterling home. If there is anything you can’t find in your manual or if you have any other questions, we always encourage you to call us directly—we’re here to help.
We offer our Homeowners ongoing estate maintenance programs. These programs allow you to enjoy your weekends and leave the maintaining of your home up to us.

As a Mt. Sterling homeowner, you’re part of the family! We started Sterling’s Inner Circle as an easy way to keep in contact with our customers after their home is complete. As a member, you’ll receive our monthly newsletter you’ll receive free home maintenance and care advice, warranty updates, and most importantly information regarding our customer appreciation events.
